I used the Willow Go with my second pregnancy and I really liked it, so I got a new set with my third. Willow has some of the best customer service, I have ever dealt with. The ladies who take your calls are so understanding, get the craziness and are so helpful. If you have an issues with pairing, a crack, anything, they will walk you through the reset steps and troubleshoot or just send a replacement part. No hassles or arguing. I like the updates with the stoppers. That will be very helpful. These are really comfortable. I can use in the car or in the office and am less interrupted by wires, tubes, etc. The clean up is so easy and putting the pumps together takes about 6 seconds, which is great. They are not desecrate but any means, you can hear and see them, but if you have a sweater or cover you can easily make it less obvious. They are not loud, just a slight pump and hum. Definitely recommend for a busy mom.

Which Willow pump is fully covered through my insurance?

Willow Sync is Willow's insurance-only SKU — built specifically for the DME channel and designed to be fully or near-fully covered by most plans 1NW works with. Willow Go and Willow 360 are typically partially covered with an upgrade fee (you pay the difference). The Willow Wave manual ($34.99) is usually paid out of pocket but is HSA/FSA eligible. What's the difference between Willow Go and Willow 360?

Three things. Leak-proof: Willow Go is leak-proof up to 45° (sitting/standing); the 360 is the only wearable that's 100% leak-proof in any position. Smart sensors: the 360 auto-detects letdown, auto-switches stim → expression, and streams real-time milk volume to your phone or Apple Watch; the Go requires manual volume entry. Suction & capacity: the Go actually has higher max suction (295 mmHg vs 245 mmHg) and higher capacity (14 oz per session with upgrade containers vs the 360's 8 oz). Choose Go for max suction and capacity at a lower price. Choose 360 for leak-proof-in-any-position and smart tracking.

Wait — Willow Go has higher suction than the 360? Isn't 360 the premium model?

Yes, and that's a real trade-off Willow made. The 360's patented leak-proof latch system tops out at 245 mmHg by design; the Go's simpler architecture allows up to 295 mmHg. You're paying the upgrade for the leak-proof + smart sensor + Apple Watch + Spill-Proof Bag system on the 360, not for raw suction. If raw suction is what you care about, Willow Go is actually the stronger option in the lineup.

What happened to the Willow 3.0?

Willow 3.0 was rebranded to Willow 360 — same in-bra wearable, new name, expanded leak-proof positioning. If you see a Willow 3.0 listing anywhere, it's the same physical pump as a current 360.

Willow acquired Elvie in 2025 — does that affect my pump?

No. Willow and Elvie are operating as two independent brands under one company. Willow's existing pumps (Go, 360, Sync, Wave) are unchanged. Elvie's Stride and other pumps are also still being sold. Both brand portfolios are intact — no discontinuations, no forced consolidation. If anything, the combined R&D pipeline means a faster pace of new product releases (Willow shipped three new pumps in roughly 12 months post-acquisition).

Is the Willow Wave manual worth $35?

As a primary pump? No — manual will never match an electric for daily exclusive pumping. As a backup? Yes. The day your Willow Go's battery dies in an airport, the day you're camping with no outlet, the morning your power's out — Wave is in your bag, fits in-bra, and works. $35 to never get stuck without a pump is cheap insurance. And the Wave 2-in-1 at $60 doubles as a wearable conversion kit for any traditional pump you already own (Spectra, Medela, Elvie Stride, etc.).
