The Melia is a true all-in-bra wearable — motor, cup, and battery all inside the bra, no tubes, no cords, 260 mmHg max, 15 levels per mode. The Alyssa Hands-Free is a hands-free pump with wearable cups but a separate motor unit — closer to a Medela Freestyle in form factor. The Alyssa Hands-Free has stronger features (automatic Power Pumping, Memory Plus, MyArdo app) but the Melia is more truly cord-free. Both are typically fully covered through insurance.
